Founded in Oakland, CA, the company was born from a deeply personal journey, as its founder battles Guillain-Barré syndrome, a condition that has reshaped her daily life. Our production focused on telling her inspiring story, capturing the physical and emotional challenges she overcomes daily, as well as the passion behind her company’s mission to provide natural, effective relief to others.
To create an authentic and powerful narrative, we spent extensive time with the founder, documenting her daily routine, struggles with mobility, and interactions with her caretaker. Through intimate interviews with her, her family, and close friends, we painted a full picture of her journey. The result is a poignant, human-centered film that not only highlights her strength and determination but also underscores the broader mission of Green Releaf Collection—to empower others through natural healing solutions and inclusive business practices.
