INDUSTRIAL GRACE / Ballet FilmShot in a 20,000 sq ft warehouse, Industrial Grace was designed around a controlled lighting environment within a large-scale industrial space.
The approach focused on isolating movement against a minimal environment. Using soft overhead lighting and atmosphere to maintain separation, depth, and consistency across the frame.
Production utilized elevated rigging with an 8x8 overhead diffusion and high-output soft source, supported by multiple fixtures to shape haze and control flare through anamorphic lenses. Camera movement was executed on Steadicam, tracking performance in real time to maintain continuity between choreography and framing. The result is a controlled environment that supports movement while maintaining consistency across a large and variable space.
